For more than three decades, Luisa Christine has studied why intelligent, capable women can understand so much about themselves and still struggle to create lasting change.

Her background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, a Graduate Diploma in Behavioural Science, a Diploma in Family Therapy and professional coaching qualifications.

But this work is not only academic for Luisa.

She also knows what it is like to build a life that appears complete from the outside while privately sensing that an essential part of you has gone quiet.

She tried to learn her way out of that feeling.

She consumed the information, developed the insight and continued doing what responsible women are taught to do: keep going, remain grateful and make everything work.
